Charles B. Wang Community Health Center Alumni Association Form
This association was created by and for former staff, interns and volunteers of the Charles B. Wang Community Health Center. We hope to connect alumni who are working and studying across the globe. Benefits of the alumni membership include social and networking events, scholarship opportunities, mentorship and volunteer opportunities, and a vast network of healthcare and social service professionals.
Primary eligibility criteria to join the CBWCHC Alumni Association are:
- Employee for minimum of 1 year
- Volunteer for minimum of 200 hours
- Intern for minimum of 200 hours
If you have worked for under 1 year, or volunteered or interned for under 200 hours, your former supervisor will be contacted for verification.
